We launch our new collection of gowns every 6 months! The gowns arrive in batches, and are dependent on the shipment duration. Each collection will include 30-50 new gowns in total, varying in white and coloured gowns.
Our collection mostly ranges from UK 6 - UK 12 with a handful of designs for UK 14. We try our best to cater to all brides but we sincerely apologise if our collection may not be suitable for you.
Our default gown rental period is 3 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. For overseas pre-wedding photoshoots, the rental period will be extended depending on the days of travel and there will be additional surcharges.
Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take around 7 working days.
Yes, we do have a collection of suits and they come in a variety of colours and sizes. All suit rental includes groom accessories such as pocket squares and bow ties/ties.
Yes, we will alter the pants length. As for the blazer and the vest, we have a range of sizes for each suit design and we will find a size that is suitable for you.
All gown rental packages are inclusive of dry-cleaning, basic alteration services, and bridal accessories.
All gown rental packages include complimentary rental of accessories such as veils, necklace and earrings, and a bridal petticoat (can-can) if required.
We accept PayNow for effective convenience. Alternatively, we also accept online bank transfers, cash, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX) via Favepay. Kindly note that for credit card payments, a convenience fee will incur.
Upon payment of a deposit, we will help to soft book all the services that you require for your event date. This prevents other clients from booking the same services on the same day. You may still make changes to your gown choice after placing the deposit and during your selection fitting appointment.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
