Can I confirm your services if I have not fixed my wedding date? 
Of course! It is never too early to reserve your dream wedding dress, especially since we may revise our prices every year. You can update us with your wedding date once it has been confirmed!
What is included in the package?
All gown rental packages are inclusive of dry-cleaning and alteration costs. It comes with bridal accessories and veils.
What are the modes of payment accepted?
We recommend using bank transfer and PayNow. Alternatively, we also accept cash or cheque. Kindly note that for cheque payment, the soft booking of gown(s) and vendor(s)' date (if applicable) will only be processed after the cheque payment has been cleared.
Why is a 50% deposit required?
Upon payment of a deposit, we will help to soft book all the services that you require for your wedding day. This prevents other clients from booking the same services on the same day. You may make changes to your soft booking if you see a new gown.
What if I change my mind after making the deposit?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
I am a plus size bride. Do you have any gowns that will suit me?
Yes, we do have a limited selection of gowns in larger sizes. However, we want you to be able to choose your dream wedding gown just like everybody else! So, if you there’s a specific design that you like but is not available in your size, we can make a new piece in the correct size for you at a surcharge.
Can I choose from the whole gown collection?
Of course! All are gowns are priced the same and you can even choose from our latest collections when you come for your second round of fitting!
Do you provide accessories?
All gown rental packages include complimentary rental of accessories such as the bridal petticoat (cancan), a set of jewelry, hair accessories and a veil if required.
How long can I rent the gowns/suits for?
The entire gown rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. For overseas pre-wedding photoshoots, the rental period will be extended depending on the days of travel and there will be additional surcharges.

Do note that a security deposit of $500 per gown is required upon collection (payable by cash or cheque). This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in its original condition.

Is size alteration and dry cleaning included?
Dry cleaning is included for all gown rental. For pre-weddings, alteration will not be provided but for actual day rental, alteration will be included in the package.
How long do you need for alteration?
Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take between 5 – 14 working days.
When do I collect my gowns?
You may collect your gowns around 1 - 2 days before the date that you require it.
How many fitting sessions can I arrange?
As our boutique provides a private 1 to 1 consultation for every bride, our appointment slots are extremely precious and high in demand. Every bride is given 1 complimentary fitting session, thereafter, fittings are chargeable at $50 per session.

For brides who have signed with us after the first appointment, you can arrange a 2nd fitting closer to your wedding date for us to take your measurements for alternations (if any). You are also allowed to change to another gown that you like more, provided it is available on your date.
Do you provide rental of suits?
Yes, we do have a collection of suits and they come in a variety of colours and sizes. All suit rental includes groom accessories such as pocket squares and bow ties/ ties.
Do you provide size alteration for suits?
Yes! For pre-weddings, we will do a temporary hem for the pants if the length is not fitting. For wedding day, we will provide the full alteration for the pants only. The blazer will not be altered.
